Count Down To 2011

In a few hours time we will move from 2010 to 2011 . The past will part us and serve as a lesson in life.In case I hope the year 2011 will bring everybody a whole new happiness in work and in life. For 2011 - I hope my family and I will achieve what we have been dreaming of , be happier than before and come up the best in life . To My family - I love you very much - let us build all our dreams together :) .

Woooooooo Harimau Malaya

I never thought , dream or even have the slightest idea that Malaysian football team would do EXTREMELY well until they WON the AFF Suzuki Cup before end of year 2010 . The last that Malaysian football team won any international match was 1989 ! That long!!! So i supposed it is worth all the hoo haaaa and the celebration of this very energetic and uplifting performance of theirs .

The man responsible is Mr Rajagopal - YOU THE MAN !! It takes an Indian man to do it and prove it . No more all the 'elite' , 'bigheaded' or glamour chasers squad on tow - he decided to pick the underdogs and build a unit or armies that attack, attack and attack! and the best part it worked!!

Kudos Malaysian Team! not only that you won - you made history and the whole Malaysia is celebrating it with the Historic Public Holiday leave granted after you won the game :) .

Pitifully Desperate and Insane Decision hahaha! Lets Get Mental wooo!

Me oh my!! what a day . In my office ? Everything is grrrrrrreat! I couldn't ask for more. At the other side of the Desperado's world ...lol! The Charcoal Idiot decided to hire a mental patient! lol! .Goodness me ... thanks to an old pal :) **you know who u are- name is not mentioned to protect privacy** apparently its an act to get even ! lol! get even with a nut case and with a proven record of a week of asylum at the mental ward at UH ??? not only a regular at the asylum , the species also owe some moolah for more than 1K when the species disappeared previously . Hahahhaha , that is some desperate move lol .

Oh yeah I forgot!! All the good ones MOVED on , so only the rejects are left .. and of course geezzzz.. they ARE available as no one want to hire a mental case .

Isn't blogging wonderful ?? Hell yeah it is .. what a show ! what a show ! *clap clap* Good Job Charcoal . You are damn smart...NOT! Looks like the doomsday is sooo near!!

Capital B for Bonus!

What a beautiful day ! It's Bonus Pay Day! My staffs work and gave their 500% today especially after they saw today's memo on Bonus. Its a yearly affair WITHOUT FAIL :) . Employees won't ask so much , all they want is to get a teeny weeny bit of appreciation .

It's a totally new culture for me too where Bonus previously is like waiting for a cat to grow horns ..lol..it has never happen . On top of that , ALL staffs get hampers and lots more for each and every of their individual special days , may it be birthdays or festive season - they will get it .It's all about managing staffs , not just any empty talk like .. maybe next year ( it indirectly mean; maybe not at all ...) THAT is just like giving EMPTY HOPE . Thank GOD - here its all about the action , and its DONE!

Enjoy your bonuses ! Spend it well ! I've got mine :) , which is wayyyy better than anything that I could ask for =D .

I've decided to drool over this beautiful baby nephew of mine to start my day . See .. it doesn't matter how old you are - you HAVE TO READ . Knowledge is essential in everything . I bet by the time he turn 1 he will start googling online news and data to update and upgrade himself .

Mirror Mirror On The Wall , Who Is The Desperate Of Them All..

Somewhere far deep in the forbidden forest , the human race turned to desperate being . Relying on pure ego and ignorant to rule their territory , they lost their balance and focus .

As days goes by , they became more and more desperate to rule and conquer that they miss calculated their plans , their resources and most importantly forgot how to be human and treat other human with feelings and compassion.

Those small cluster of human race refused to admit their fault or even say sorry of the deed they did and became entirely scared and desperate .With more and more comrades decided to migrate to a more greener valley to achieve peace and happiness , the small clusters retained the worse , atrocious , tin canned brain soldiers . Those they have rejected before for treason , they have also decided to call back for duty and worse! , even those with certified record of mental illness . All the good ones are happy to leave and not bothered to leave a trail , especially when the trail is on a desert full of sand waiting its turn to be blown away by the wind.

When the Captain of the Small Cluster look at his mirror and started saying "Mirror Mirror On The Wall , who is the smartest of them all " .. the mirror answered differently this time and said "Over the Seven Jewelled Hills , Beyond the seventh falls you my master is the most desperate of them all and no longer the smartest " .

It's great knowing that people are still and so curious of your achievements even after you have left,and especially after they think that you are unable to venture and explore the outside world and that you will never get another better job .
It sums up to only two words for those who have that thinking about me : SCARED & EGO .

Since talk about me is still around hanging on their head like a cloud just waiting to drop that heavy rain and lightning on their heads and the best part I can bet that they are now tuning in to this blog of mine , so let me just be straight out honest , clear and well.. blunt : The picture that represents this post today explains where I work - so there!! and **waves** to the scared & ego readers , its about time you realise that my life and what I do belongs to me ;) !

What a fruitttttttiiiiiiful day!!

Who ever said working in courier demands every single seconds , minutes , hours and days to get all your work done?! pfffttttt !! Last time I checked , I am still human and not Ghajini robo.

I work smarter now :) and not harder.

Max time to go back now is 7 pm ..weeeeeeeeeeeeeee! unless there are no major life and death meetings .

Having more than 40 odd staffs and still have time to complete work is Grrreeeaattttttt!!!!!!!

I hear envy ringingggg!!!! haha .

RESIGNED!!!!!!

I'm back!!! full force and happily resigned from Sure-Reach . It was a choice that took a lot of courage and pinch of ego that made me decide that I am better off using my talent at a place that needed me most .

And yes I did it , it was a great leap . All good things started to fall into place .


I've escaped from the dungeon full of Energy Vampire - who suck all my energy out that affected my life.No more people to condemn me and belittle my potential .

Im now at a place with better position and of course better pay . The best part is , I am recognised and hired !Who would've though that ! and OH! at least now I'm covered by insurance lol! Looks like I got the last laugh!.

Its a journey of great adventures and opportunities for my career and life .
Thank you Baba for showing the way .
