I truly wish this guy will come to his senses and only use RM 200 for his car registration number instead of splurging RM150,000 for it.
He could at least donated the remaining RM 148 , 000 for Rahim 's son's surgery or donate it since he have that much of access money . Better still donate to Haiti or Chile and get them good food and clothing for them to pass through the days and nights after so many unfortunate days and nights.
