Count Down To 2011

In a few hours time we will move from 2010 to 2011 . The past will part us and serve as a lesson in life.In case I hope the year 2011 will bring everybody a whole new happiness in work and in life. For 2011 - I hope my family and I will achieve what we have been dreaming of , be happier than before and come up the best in life . To My family - I love you very much - let us build all our dreams together :) .

Woooooooo Harimau Malaya

I never thought , dream or even have the slightest idea that Malaysian football team would do EXTREMELY well until they WON the AFF Suzuki Cup before end of year 2010 . The last that Malaysian football team won any international match was 1989 ! That long!!! So i supposed it is worth all the hoo haaaa and the celebration of this very energetic and uplifting performance of theirs .

The man responsible is Mr Rajagopal - YOU THE MAN !! It takes an Indian man to do it and prove it . No more all the 'elite' , 'bigheaded' or glamour chasers squad on tow - he decided to pick the underdogs and build a unit or armies that attack, attack and attack! and the best part it worked!!

Kudos Malaysian Team! not only that you won - you made history and the whole Malaysia is celebrating it with the Historic Public Holiday leave granted after you won the game :) .

Pitifully Desperate and Insane Decision hahaha! Lets Get Mental wooo!

Me oh my!! what a day . In my office ? Everything is grrrrrrreat! I couldn't ask for more. At the other side of the Desperado's world ...lol! The Charcoal Idiot decided to hire a mental patient! lol! .Goodness me ... thanks to an old pal :) **you know who u are- name is not mentioned to protect privacy** apparently its an act to get even ! lol! get even with a nut case and with a proven record of a week of asylum at the mental ward at UH ??? not only a regular at the asylum , the species also owe some moolah for more than 1K when the species disappeared previously . Hahahhaha , that is some desperate move lol .

Oh yeah I forgot!! All the good ones MOVED on , so only the rejects are left .. and of course geezzzz.. they ARE available as no one want to hire a mental case .

Capital B for Bonus!

What a beautiful day ! It's Bonus Pay Day! My staffs work and gave their 500% today especially after they saw today's memo on Bonus. Its a yearly affair WITHOUT FAIL :) . Employees won't ask so much , all they want is to get a teeny weeny bit of appreciation .

It's a totally new culture for me too where Bonus previously is like waiting for a cat to grow horns ..lol..it has never happen . On top of that , ALL staffs get hampers and lots more for each and every of their individual special days , may it be birthdays or festive season - they will get it .It's all about managing staffs , not just any empty talk like .. maybe next year ( it indirectly mean; maybe not at all ...) THAT is just like giving EMPTY HOPE . Thank GOD - here its all about the action , and its DONE!
